As of March 2017 our Holiday Home and Static Caravan scheme has been improved.
We now have a bespoke wording that has been arranged with our partner insurers SAGIC, “The Salvation Army General Insurance Corporation” and a means to submit a quotation online via our company website.

“We have over 45 years experience in issuing insurance for UK holiday home properties and we work within a region of the South East synonymous with UK holiday makers. We are therefore delighted to now have our own policy that can deliver premiums savings together with comprehensive insurance cover all year round. It is equally as important that we have partnered with an ethical insurer such as SAGIC whose profits are donated to good causes and the work of the Salvation Army.
Our policy is designed to be flexible covering owner occupied and let holiday properties including static caravans, and without any “unoccupancy clause” meaning the property can be left unoccupied for any length of time. Many insurers are unable to cover let properties and will often restrict the period the property is vacant for to 60 days only. We have ambitious plans to develop our offering for UK holiday makers over the next few years.”
